Red Zone Dumpsters provides roll-off dumpster rental services for residential, commercial, and construction projects. Our services include:
Booking: A rental is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us. Rates are subject to change based on availability and location.
Rental Period: Standard rental periods begin on the delivery date. Additional charges apply for extended rentals beyond the agreed period.
Payment: Payment is due according to the terms specified at booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods.

Additional fees apply for prohibited materials found in dumpsters.
Each dumpster size has a weight limit included in your rental. Exceeding the weight limit will result in additional charges per ton. Please contact us for specific weight limits for each dumpster size.
Permits: The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for dumpster placement on public streets or rights-of-way.
Placement: Dumpsters will be placed at the location specified during booking, subject to access and safety considerations.
Damage: Customers are responsible for any damage to driveways, lawns, or other surfaces caused by dumpster placement or removal.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time to avoid a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Red Zone Dumpsters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Zone Dumpsters from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our services.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
